Steel scissor-type lockout hasp with a 38 mm jaw and 6 padlock holes – lets several workers lock out one isolation point at the same time.

Description
The hasp is placed over the isolation point and every person carrying out maintenance or service work attaches their own padlock. Energy cannot be restored until the work is finished and the last padlock has been removed.
Jaw diameter 38 mm (1-1/2").
6 holes for padlocks with a shackle diameter of up to 9 mm.
High-tensile, rust-resistant sheet steel.
Also available with a 25 mm (LT-H-25) jaw.
