Description
Keyed different (KD): each padlock has its own unique key and no other key opens it. The key cannot be removed until the padlock is locked, so a padlock is never left open by mistake.
6-pin cylinder for added security.
Reinforced nylon body – non-conductive and resistant to sparks, chemicals and corrosion.
Supplied with one individually coded key.
Colour: red. The range covers 9 colours (red, yellow, blue, green, orange, purple, black, brown and white) for colour-coding by person, team or trade.
Other key systems on request: keyed alike (KA) – a set of padlocks opened by one key, issued to one worker who isolates several points; keyed different + master key (KD+MK) – each padlock has its own key, and the supervisor's master key can remove a padlock left behind, once the work has been confirmed as complete and the worker informed.
