Description
Use it where a critical isolation point takes only one padlock but several people work on the machine. The key to that padlock goes into the box, and everyone responsible for the repair or maintenance locks the box with their own safety padlock. Each worker removes their padlock only when their part of the work is finished – the key comes out only after the last padlock is gone.
