Fuse holder lockout with a thin grip: clamped onto the fuse carrier with a small screwdriver and padlocked, so the fuse cannot be reinserted by mistake.

Description
Clamp the lockout onto the fuse holder with a small screwdriver, then pass a padlock through the hole to block access to the set screw during maintenance.
One size for fuse holders from 20 A to 400 A.
Nylon body with a zinc-plated metal set screw.
