Red gate valve lockout for handwheels 165–254 mm in diameter – the cover encloses the handwheel and, once padlocked, turns freely so the valve cannot be operated.

Description
Simply place the cover over the handwheel and secure it with a padlock or hasp to keep the valve closed during maintenance. The knock-out centre also fits OS&Y (rising stem) valves.
Handwheel diameter 165–254 mm.
Outer diameter 266 mm, neck diameter 89 mm, inner diameter 254 mm, inner depth 52 mm, outer depth 63 mm.
Up to 3 safety padlocks; suitable for hasps.
Virtually indestructible polypropylene copolymer (PPCP) – resists cracking and abrasion.
Temperature range −20 °C to +90 °C; resistant to extreme weather.
