Small transparent square lockout for lever switches, push buttons and plugs on electrical panels without built-in lockout provision – works in two stages: base, then cover.

Description
First the base plate is fixed to the panel over the switch with the high-strength adhesive layer, rivets or screws. Then the cover is placed over the base plate, preventing access to the isolated switch, and locked with a LOTO padlock. The units can be cut from any side to fit panels with cables, conduits, protruding levers or irregular shapes.
Inner size 46.5 × 50 mm, base 72 × 72 mm, cover 62 × 62 × 62 mm.
